Shipping & Returns
Here’s how we deliver the goods — and what to do if things go sideways.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do! Orders over $199 in metro VIC? Delivered free. Outside that? We still keep it fair and square, with shipping costs shown upfront. No cart shock, promise.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your gear hits the road, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your inbox.
What’s your return policy?
Change of mind? You’ve got 30 days. Just keep the item unused and in its original packaging (don’t bin the box just yet). Heads up — for hygiene reasons, some items like cushions or commodes can’t come back unless faulty. Nobody wants a “pre-loved” bath chair.
What if my order’s damaged or wrong?
Breathe easy. Snap a photo, email us at hello@mobilityhub.com.au, and include your order number. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say “Where’s my invoice?”

How do I place an order?
Click, cart, done. Ordering online is quick and easy — but if tech isn’t your vibe, just call us on 1300 60 44 99. We’ll walk you through it like your very own gear concierge.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as it hasn’t left the building, we’re good to make changes. Call or email us ASAP. If it’s already out the door, we’ll still do our best to make things right.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
We sure do. Ordering for a clinic, facility, or just buying in bulk? If you're spending over $1,000 on consumables, we’ll hook you up with a tailored deal. Just ask — we love bulk energy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, ZipPay, Afterpay and bank transfers — all the usual.

Do your products come with a warranty?
They do — and not the “good luck finding the fine print” kind. Most products are covered by the manufacturer, and we back them too. If it breaks when it shouldn’t, we won’t ghost you.
Do you offer assembled delivery?
In metro Melbourne? Absolutely. Choose our Pre-Assembled Delivery at checkout and we’ll rock up with everything ready to go. Prefer it boxed? You do you. Rural or interstate? We’ll help make setup a breeze with simple how-tos.
Can I try before I buy?
Near our Epping, VIC showroom? Pop in, test drive a scooter, recline in a lift chair — see what feels right. Not local? Give us a ring and we’ll walk you through the best options for your needs.
Can I use NDIS or aged care funding?
You bet. We work with NDIS, My Aged Care, HCPs, DVA — the whole funding jungle. Need a quote, invoice, or someone to decode all that lingo? We’ve got you. No acronyms left behind.
