Mobility Hub General Terms and Conditions
APPLICATION
1.1 References in this document to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Mobility Hub Pty Ltd ABN: 77669352112 and include its related bodies corporate and associates, as those terms are defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). References to ‘customer’ or ‘you’ mean a person or entity who purchases or intends to purchase goods from us.
1.2 These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and purchases of goods (Products) from Mobility Hub (Orders). You may place an Order with us through any of the following methods:

1.3 Any order submitted through the above methods constitutes your offer to purchase the Products for the price listed on the Website or quoted to you and subject to these T&Cs. Acceptance of an order forms a binding agreement for the sale and supply of Products.
1.4 By submitting an Order or using our Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. These T&Cs, alongside the Order details and pricing, constitute the complete agreement between you and Mobility Hub.
WEBSITE and Website Orders
2.1 (Ownership) Mobility Hub owns the Website, and unless otherwise indicated, owns or is licensed to use all material appearing on or in the Website. You may only use the Website for lawful purposes.
2.2 (Website Registration) You must complete the customer registration process through our Website before placing a Website Order.
2.3 (Personal Information) Any personal information that you give us via the Website will be held and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available on the Website. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the Website.
2.4 (Pricing and Catalogue) We may offer you, or certain customers, access to special product catalogues and pricing from our Website. After registration, the catalogue and pricing that applies to your account will be displayed. We may alter our catalogue and pricing at our discretion.
2.5 (Payment) Unless otherwise agreed, payment is collected at the time of placing a Website Order via our payment gateways (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal). You must be authorised to use the designated card or payment method. If the card is not verified or acceptable, the order may be cancelled. In some cases, we may issue an invoice with a 7-day payment term.
EMAIL ORDERS
3.1 You may be required to register before placing an Email Order.
3.2 Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Payment may be required at time of order or by invoice with a 7-day payment term, as applicable.
PURCHASE ORDERS
4.1 Registration may be required before placing a Purchase Order.
4.2 Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Payment may be required at time of order or by invoice within 7 days unless otherwise specified.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
5.1 Registration may be required before placing a Telephone Order.
5.2 Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Payment terms are the same as for Purchase Orders.
PRICING, STOCK AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
6.1 Prices are in AUD and may change prior to Order acceptance. Pricing may be exclusive of GST depending on login/account status.
6.2 Unique Price Lists may be offered based on spend conditions.
6.3 We may match competitor pricing where verified and applicable.
6.4 If stock is unavailable, dispatch will occur once available. Partial deliveries require agreement.
6.5 Delivery is through freight providers. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of full payment. Shipping may take 5–7 days depending on location.
6.6 Any credit limits must be observed to process new Orders.
6.7 You are solely responsible for payment regardless of changes in circumstances.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
7.1 Returns accepted if there is a breach of Australian Consumer Law or warranty.
7.2 Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
7.3 Returned Products must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
7.4 Non-returnable items include hygiene-sensitive and customised Products.
7.5 A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
7.6 Delivery fees for returns depend on the reason for return.
7.7 Refunds will be provided based on method of payment. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
INSTALMENT PAYMENTS
8.1 Instalment plans may be available and will be outlined in invoices.
8.2 A service fee may apply to instalment arrangements.
8.3 Title to goods transfers only after the final payment is received.
8.4 Delivery may occur after the first payment at our discretion.
8.5 Instalment plans are non-cancellable and must be completed.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
9.1 Additional warranties may apply and will be outlined in the product packaging.
9.2 Express warranties are in addition to consumer statutory rights.
9.3 Manufacturer warranties may be honoured by us following written request.
WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
10.1 Liability is limited to remedies permitted under Australian law.
10.2 We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.
10.3 Liability may be reduced where the customer contributed to the issue.
10.4 Website content is provided \"as is\" and may contain errors.
NO GUARANTEE
11.1 We make no guarantees about product descriptions, website availability, or the absence of defects or viruses.
11.2 Website images are indicative only and may vary from actual products.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our policies comply with Australian Consumer Law. Where limitations apply, remedies include repair, replacement, refund, or reimbursement.
